Leads team members of an assigned area or function by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities at UCHealth Primary Care Yosemite.

Responsibilities

• Assists with development, implementation of departmental policies
• Provides mentoring, monitoring, coaching of team members
• Serves as positive role model promoting efficiency and teamwork
• Assists with coordinating services and workflow
• Handles simple or complex issues

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Certified/registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA)
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• 1 year of healthcare experience
