About the Role

Evaluates and treats patient populations for therapy needs at UCHealth Lone Tree Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
• Establishes plan of care appropriate to problems identified
• Provides education to patient and family about deficits
• Plans and assists with patient discharge from therapy services
• Supervises support personnel according to licensing laws

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Master's or Doctorate preferred
• Licensed Physical Therapist - State
• BLS certification
