RN Medical Office - Primary Care Float Pool

About the Role

We are seeking a highly adaptable, patient-centered Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Office Float Pool serving the Metro–Longmont Micro Region. This full-time role supports six primary care and pediatric clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric clinic settings
• Conduct face-to-face RN visits, including pediatric-specific visits
• Perform patient triage, assessments, medication administration, immunizations
• Support providers with clinical procedures and patient education
• Float between regional clinics as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing program
• State licensure as RN
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience
