About the Role
Per diem Program Assistant at Wind Crest senior living community. Enhances well-being of Continuing Care residents through physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional activities.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate structured and impromptu programs for residents
- Escort residents on group trips and excursions
- Collaborate with team members and volunteers
- Monitor and report changes in residents' needs
- Manage program supplies and equipment
- Participate in team discussions on programming
- Prepare and implement activity programs
- Lead and set up group and individual activities

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working with geriatric population
- Minimum 1 year experience as Activities Assistant
- Experience leading groups with varying levels of independence
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and evenings
