Assistant General Manager - Dining

About the Role
Lead a dining services team while overseeing dining room and cafe operations at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living. Manage kitchen, cafe, dining room, and catering efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Direct scheduling, training, hiring, and development of restaurant and cafe staff
- Ensure proper food portioning, plate presentation, and service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining facilities and kitchen areas
- Monitor staff compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Engage in programs enhancing employee and resident satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years dining management experience
- Current ServSafe certification or state equivalent
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Capacity to supervise multiple venues and large teams
