About the Role
Wind Crest is a beautiful 84-acre continuing care retirement community located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, just minutes from Denver. We’re part of a growing national network of communities managed by Erickson Senior Living, one of the country’s largest and most respected providers of senior living and health care.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living
- Promote psychosocial well
- being through meaningful relationships
- Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents
- Assist with menu/snack selection and partners with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in
- room dining experiences where requested

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Caregiver preferred
- Current CPR certification is preferred (CPR certification required within 90 days of hire)
- Must obtain a current QMAP before hire or within 90 days of hire
- Must have availability on weekends and weekdays, open availability preferred
- Must be able to attend a daytime Monday to Thursday orientation
