Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the Role
Support residents in all aspects of daily living at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all resident needs. Full-time with $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities
- Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Implement personalized care plans focused on resident strengths and preferences
- Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
- Collaborate with clinical teams to address resident needs promptly

Requirements
- Current Colorado CNA certification (required)
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Minimum 18 years old
- Basic computer skills
