Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full Time

About the Role
Join Wind Crest as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to meet all resident needs. Full-time position with 12-hour night shifts on rotating schedule. $1,500 sign-on bonus for full time.
Responsibilities
- Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
- Assist residents in activities of daily living
- Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences
- Provide sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
- Assist with resident activities and programs
- Work with clinical team to address resident needs timely
Requirements
- Current Colorado CNA certification
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills required
