About the Role
Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch is hiring a Communication Specialist. You'll greet residents and visitors, handle emergency calls, and manage resident communications.

Responsibilities
- Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff
- Handle questions and concerns efficiently
- Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel
- Page on-call physicians as needed
- Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents
- Track status of residents in emergency situations
- Manage resident lists alphabetically and by apartment
- Maintain accurate census information
- Log resident packages and notify of pick-up
- Sort and distribute inter-office mail

Requirements
- Receptionist experience required
- Excellent verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task
