About the Role
Front desk position at Wind Crest senior living community. First point of contact for residents, family members, and candidates, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff
- Handle questions and concerns efficiently
- Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel
- Page on-call physicians as needed
- Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents
- Track status of residents in emergency situations
- Manage resident lists and census information
- Log all resident packages and notify of pick-up

Requirements
- Receptionist experience required
- Excellent verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task
