Communication Specialist - Front Desk

About the Role
Join Wind Crest as a Communications Specialist (Front Desk), a crucial role within the community. As the first point of contact for residents, family members, and candidates, you'll set the tone for their experience and ensure a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff
- Handle questions and concerns efficiently
- Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel
- Page on-call physicians as needed in calm manner
- Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents
- Track status of residents involved in situations
- Manage resident lists and census information
- Log resident packages and manage mail distribution
Requirements
- Receptionist experience required
- Excellent verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task
