About the Role
Join the team as a Dining Associate in the Continuing Care department at Wind Crest and play a key role in delivering excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome residents to the dining area
- Coordinate restaurant operations between seating, serving, and kitchen staff
- Assist with meal preparation, stocking, serving, and cleanup
- Monitor resident nutritional intake
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Train wait staff members

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 pounds
- Schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays
