About the Role
Emergency Dispatcher at Wind Crest senior living community. Manages multiple Security & EMS systems from a central location, dispatching both emergency and routine calls for service.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Security & EMS systems from central location
- Dispatch both emergency and routine calls for service
- Build rapport with residents and visitors through personalized service
- Track all pertinent information during shift
- Monitor Emergency Call System for independent living
- Track status of residents in emergency situations
- Monitor Fire Alarm System
- Dispatch ambulance, private ambulances, or 911 as needed

Requirements
- Prior experience in 911 call-taking/dispatching or EMS preferred
- Ability to maintain composure during emergencies
- Situational awareness skills
- Effective communication with residents, visitors, and staff
