About the Role
Supervisor of Security and Emergency Services for Wind Crest gated retirement community in Highlands Ranch. Responsible for ensuring program and procedural compliance, overseeing quality assurance, conducting investigations, and providing training.
Responsibilities
- Ensure program and procedural compliance for security operations
- Oversee quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Conduct investigations and provide training
- Monitor safety programs and update Emergency Preparedness Plans
- Complete Incident Reports and daily shift reports
- Assist in hiring, training, and coaching of security employees
- Provide daily leadership and supervision
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum 2 years experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Emergency Responder role
- Current valid driver's license
