About the Role
Bring your passion for great food, teamwork, and culinary experience to drive innovative dining programs at Wind Crest featuring from-scratch cooking and chef-inspired creations. Eligible for annual bonus.

Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient, high-quality food purchasing, preparation, and presentation within budget
- Supervise kitchen staff and oversee back-of-house systems, menus, and recipes
- Maintain sanitation standards and conduct monthly audits
- Ensure compliance with federal and state food safety regulations
- Partner with General Manager on food production or presentation issues
- Maintain high standards for food quality and plate presentation

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Executive Chef experience
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Knowledge of a la carte and catering trends with focus on quality, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- Proficiency with PC software and POS systems
