About the Role
Oversee meal preparation and service for Kitchen, Restaurant, Café, and Catering at Wind Crest senior living community. Supervise and manage Dining Managers, Trainers, Restaurant Staff, Utility Staff, and Chef & Culinary Staff.

Responsibilities
- Directly manage overall dining program including Front of House and Back of House
- Responsible for supervision and efficiency of all dining and culinary staff
- Manage financial operation of the Dining program
- Assure dining program is in compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations
- Provide dining service training for all staff supporting dining programs

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years food service management experience required
- Production, service, and sanitation experience
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Serve Safe Certified within 6 months of employment
