About the Role
Main contact in the Continuing Care Sales Office at Wind Crest. Interact with residents, family members, department managers, nursing staff, and external professionals. Manage resident move-ins, move-outs, and transfers.

Responsibilities
- Manage resident move-ins, move-outs, and transfers
- Handle inquiries from residents and family members
- Support the sales process through to admission
- Coordinate details relevant to move-ins and transfers with community departments
- Verify financial information for official documentation
- Serve as representative for Continuing Care Sales with hospital staff

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Health Care Sales or Senior Living Sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of administrative office experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
