About the Role
Provide leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeeping team at Wind Crest senior living community. Ensure a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to the housekeeping team
- Prepare daily assignments and schedules
- Inspect premises for health and safety compliance
- Train new employees and supervise their tasks
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies
- Create cleaning schedules for common areas
- Investigate and resolve complaints

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
