About the Role
Housekeeping Utility Worker at Wind Crest responsible for cleaning building areas, floors, surfaces, and setting up rooms for events. No travel required - work within the community.

Responsibilities
- Clean building areas, floors, and surfaces
- Set up rooms for events
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness
- Properly handle and dispose of waste
- Utilize work orders for room and furniture setups
- Assist with heavy object and package movement
- Maintain hard floor and carpeted surfaces

Requirements
- Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing preferred
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid driver's license may be required
