In-Home Caregiver - Per Diem

About the Role
Home Care Worker at Wind Crest providing personal care to residents within the gated retirement community. No travel required - all clients are within the community. Provide assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (non-medical) and assist with activities of daily living
- Support residents with housekeeping, meal planning and preparation
- Handle pet walking, closet organization, and kitchen chores
- Escort residents to appointments and social activities
- Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships
- Notify office of any change in resident's condition

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as care provider serving senior population
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours
