Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the Role
LPN position in Continuing Care at Wind Crest senior living community. Provide clinical care to residents in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living/Memory Care according to nursing standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and their families
- Assess, observe, and evaluate residents' clinical conditions
- Update or modify care plans as needed
- Supervise and lead care associates
- Administer medications timely and accurately
- Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes
- Respond to residents and families in a timely manner

Requirements
- Licensed by Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
- Passion to care for seniors
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
