Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 7pm-11pm Shift

About the Role
Part-time LPN position in Skilled Nursing at Wind Crest senior living community. Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards during evening shift hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards
- Assess, observe, and evaluate residents' clinical conditions
- Update or modify care plans as needed
- Supervise and lead care associates
- Administer medications accurately and timely
- Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes
- Respond to residents and families professionally

Requirements
- Licensed by Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
- Passion to care for seniors
