Maintenance Technician

About the Role
Join the Wind Crest team as a Maintenance Mechanic responsible for upkeep of residential apartments and public areas. Your work will ensure residents have a comfortable and safe place to call home in this Highlands Ranch senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt responses to resident maintenance work orders
- Contribute to General Services team visibility and problem solving
- Perform routine and emergency repairs including electrical, plumbing, and lighting
- Perform necessary maintenance of HVAC equipment including preventive maintenance
- Respond to emergency calls
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in residential or commercial setting
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Home Health environment experience preferred
