Activities / Program Assistant - Per Diem

About the Role
Join Wind Crest, an Erickson Senior Living community in Highlands Ranch, as a Per Diem Activities/Program Assistant. You'll help create engaging programs and activities that enrich residents' lives.

Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and implementing resident activities and programs
- Set up and break down event spaces
- Support residents during activities and outings
- Help maintain activity supplies and equipment
- Document participation and feedback

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible availability including some weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
