Caregiver - Assisted Living / Memory Care

About the Role
Assist residents with daily activities and foster meaningful connections in assisted living and memory care settings at Wind Crest.
Responsibilities
- Organize social activities and support meal service
- Maintain clean and safe environments
- Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living
- Promote resident well-being through relationships
- Plan neighborhood activities
- Ensure adequate nutrition support
Requirements
- Minimum one year caregiving experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred; required within 90 days of hire
- QMAP certification required before hire or within 90 days
- Weekend and weekday availability needed; open availability preferred
