About the Role
Support residents in all aspects of daily living with person-centered care at Wind Crest. $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.
Responsibilities
- Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Implement personalized care plans focused on resident strengths and preferences
- Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
- Collaborate with clinical teams to address resident needs promptly
Requirements
- Current Colorado CNA certification required
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Minimum age 18 years
- Basic computer skills
