Responsibilities
- Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff
- Handle questions and concerns efficiently
- Receive emergency calls and dispatch personnel
- Monitor emergency pull cords for residents
- Manage resident lists and track statuses
- Assist in maintaining accurate census information
- Log resident packages and notify for pick-up

Requirements
- Receptionist experience required
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Computer proficiency
