About the Role
Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch is hiring an Emergency Response Dispatcher. Manage security and EMS systems from a central location while providing excellent customer service to residents.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Security & EMS systems from central location
- Dispatch both emergency and routine calls for service
- Build rapport with residents through personalized customer service
- Track pertinent information and initiate incident reports
- Monitor Emergency Call System for independent living
- Track status of residents in emergency situations
- Monitor Fire Alarm System
- Dispatch ambulances or 911 as needed

Requirements
- Prior 911 dispatching or EMS experience preferred
- Ability to maintain composure during emergencies
- Effective communication with residents, visitors, and staff
- Situational awareness and calm under pressure
- Customer service orientation
