Maintenance Mechanic

About the Role
Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic. Provide prompt maintenance service to residents while contributing to an exceptional living experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance work orders
- Contribute to General Services reputation for problem solving
- Perform routine and emergency repairs in apartments
- Handle electrical malfunctions, plumbing, and lighting repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Respond to emergency HVAC calls
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in residential or commercial setting
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances
- HVAC knowledge required
- Home health environment experience preferred
- Effective communication with residents and staff
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
