Financial Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships through proactive engagement and tailored service offerings.
- Provide insightful advice and solutions to clients, leveraging expertise in financial planning, credit analysis, and risk management.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, including identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing relationships.
- Foster collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales teams and product specialists, to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, market developments, and industry best practices to maintain high-quality service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration, or economics) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on financial modeling, data analysis, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Licenses and Certifications
- Notary license (desired)

Physical Demands

Driving Requirements
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
