Commercial Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing commercial banking depository accounts to maximize profitability while maintaining acceptable risk levels.

Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This may involve opening new deposit accounts, explaining the features and benefits of various banking products, and handling other services such as stop payments and wire transfers.

You will also serve as a primary point of contact between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless processes and effective communication. In addition, you will seek opportunities to grow our customer base through networking and relationship-building activities.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong entrepreneurial spirit to drive customer satisfaction and bank profitability. You should also have a solid understanding of treasury management services and general banking knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of banking experience, preferably in a customer service/sales/FSR position, and a proven ability to identify client depository and treasury management opportunities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment, are essential.
