Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Aid Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial assistance and guidance to learners throughout their educational journey.

About the Role

• You will work closely with learners to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve their goals.
• Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to coach learners through complex financial decisions.
• You will also be responsible for leveraging tools and software applications to optimize learner engagement and support.
• In addition, you will provide financial literacy training to learners on topics such as responsible borrowing, repayment, federal loan processes, and payment plan options.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class financial aid support to learners before, during, and after their program enrollment.
• Interact with learners via phone, email, chat, and text, and coach them through key decisions and solutions regarding funding their programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with learners to ensure their financial needs are met.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our financial aid services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with financial aid regulations and policies.
