Paczosa And Associates is a CPA firm located in Castle Rock, CO. We specialize in the performance of tax preparation and consulting services. Paczosa and Associates was founded with the primary goal of having the expertise of a large tax firm but having the personal touch of a small firm. Our business is relationship driven and we strive to build long-term relationships with our clients, keeping each individual client's need at the forefront.

We are excited to add another member to our team here at the office. Castle Rock is a booming town with lots of potential clients and businesses moving into town every day. With this in mind, we believe that the firm has great growth potential. As such we are striving to grow with the town and will have opportunities for anyone we hire to grow with us.   • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Present a professional presence and professional experience in all interactions, especially client interactions.
  • Successfully navigate interpersonal conflict, whether it is team or client related.
  • Is proficient with current Microsoft Office Suite version.
  • Able to pass our CPA assessment.
  • Show current compliance with CPE (Continuing Professional Education) requirements.
  • Able to demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent spoken and written interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Is able to work under time-sensitive pressure consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Is able to make decisions and act autonomously as needed.
  • Works well in collaboration with Team Members.
  • Able to work 65 hours a week in busy season

Knowledge and Other Inclusion Criteria

  • Show dedication to ongoing professional knowledge, measurable achievement, and skill development.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • United States is candidates’ primary residence.
  • Able to reliably commute to our place of business, working onsite.
  • Colorado CPA License is a plus but not required.
  • Other certifications are a plus.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience required.

Job Description

  • Reply to client and agency emails per the communication policy.
  • Scan hard copy materials into computer system.
  • Perform modest client bookkeeping as necessary.
  • Occasional phone coverage.
  • On site work required.
  • Collection information and creating lists for clients
  • Prepare 1040s, 1065s, 1120Ss forms.
  • Create clear and detailed workpapers.
