Event Marketing Specialist

Part Time Event Staff Position – Hourly rate of $18. This is a year-round position.

At Passanante’s Home Food Services, Event Marketers serve as the face of our home food delivery service specializing in all natural and organic food. We are looking for reliable, motivated, professional, enthusiastic and friendly Event Marketers to join our growing team. Paid training, competitive pay rates, and support that only a top company can provide. Create awareness and positive impressions of our customized service by engaging attendees at home shows, street fairs, beer, wine and food festivals, and many more events by sampling products and getting attendees interested in our service. Passanante’s has been in business for over 100 years!

Essential Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers and generate interest in the service.
• Offer promotional materials to customers (e.g., recipes, brochures, etc.)
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Use mobile device to check in/out and complete same day accurate and valuable data/ reporting,

Event shifts are generally 5-8 hours long. Most take place Thursday-Sunday. We are seeking professional, energetic and dedicated candidates who are seeking long-term, part-time employment.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior promotional demonstrating experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
• Must be comfortable and enjoy engaging the public and selling products
• Must be able to stand for event shift.
• Must have a driver’s license and car/truck for transportation to the events.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a Smartphone with text and GPS capability, and an email address.
• Ability to travel within a limited geography.
