Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapist at The Fitness Lab, Parker
The Fitness Lab
At The Fitness Lab, we’re redefining what it means to practice physical therapy. Our mission is to close the gap between rehabilitation, performance, and wellness — helping every patient move beyond recovery to reach their highest potential.
Here, every session matters. You’ll deliver one-on-one, 40-minute treatments focused on quality, connection, and measurable outcomes. We believe in treating each patient like a friend or family member — with genuine care, attention, and respect. That personal connection drives the exceptional results our team is known for.
Our patient population is diverse and dynamic — spanning general orthopedic, sports medicine, post-surgical, geriatrics, neurological, and specialty cases. Whether you’re helping an athlete return to play, a grandparent regain independence, or a neurological patient rebuild confidence, you’ll have the freedom and tools to create meaningful impact.
At The Fitness Lab, you’ll practice in an integrated environment that unites physical therapy, medical exercise, personal training, and recovery — allowing you to follow patients through their full continuum of care from rehab to performance and beyond.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You’ll partner with medical exercise specialists, strength coaches, recovery experts, physicians, and allied health professionals to create a fully integrated circle of care that supports each patient’s lifelong movement journey.
We’re looking for passionate clinicians who combine clinical skill, empathy, and a growth mindset. You’ll enjoy mentorship, autonomy, and clear advancement pathways — including leadership and ownership opportunities within our expanding organization.
If you’re ready to join a team that blends clinical precision, human connection, and performance-level outcomes, The Fitness Lab offers a career where you can grow, lead, and truly make a difference — one patient, one relationship, and one result at a time.
